The Prime Braille Solutions was founded by Nuwan Suranga Perera, it is committed to provide, support and develop Assistive Technology for the visually impaired and differently abled people in Sri Lanka.
We supply assistive technology products to the afore mentioned community such as Brand new and Refurbished Perkins Braille Typewriters, Braille Embossers (Printers), Refreshable Braille Displays, Braille Papers, Braille Slate & Stylus, DAISY Players, White Cans, Braille Software and other assistive device fulfilling their needs.
The “Braille Production Centre” and “Service & repair Centre” have been an essential part of the Prime Braille Solutions.
Our professional staff is fully prepared to fulfill all your Braille requirements such as Braille transcribing and embossing your books, documents, leaflets, business cards and any such material into Braille.
We are pleased to announce that the Prime Braille Solutions is the only Official Service & Repair Centre in Sri Lanka, certified by the Perkins School for the Blind U.S.A and Index Braille, Sweden. We undertakes the servicing and repairing of Braille typewriters, Braille Embossers and other assistive devices in Sri Lanka.
We also provide training programs and supporting services through our experienced personal. These include Mobility & Orientation programs, Basic computer training, Training in the use of assistive devices and workshops on the Introduction of assistive technology etc.
Today our organization works with Universities, Special schools for the visually impaired, Government institutions, Banks, NGOs, other such private organizations and individuals.
